The Honorable Bill Goodling serves on NCFL’s Board of Advisors. He has long been an advocate of NCFL and the importance of family literacy. This week he delivered that message in Towanda, Penn, as reported on TheDailyReview.com.
“You can’t substitute government programs for the parent being the first and most important teacher for the child,” said Goodling.
