Emily Wilson, Vice President of Partnerships & Engagement at CTL, is a bilingual education expert with a track record of leading large-scale literacy initiatives across rural, urban, and turnaround school communities.
Dr. Ashley Perkins is a professional learning facilitator, program designer, and literacy coach. A National Board Certified ELA teacher, she has co-written Artful Reading modules and supported the Adolescent Literacy Model.
