Celebrate National Family Literacy Day 2010

Today is National Family Literacy Day®. Since 1994, November 1 has been a day of celebrating the wonders of family literacy.

In addition, November is National Family Literacy Month®, so today kicks off a month-long effort to celebrate and remind people of the importance of families learning together.

Wonderopolis®, NCFL’s latest contribution to family literacy, is taking part in the celebration! Today’s very special Wonder of the Day® offers the perfect addition to your household’s bedtime routine — it’s a way to encourage the wonders of storytelling together as a family.
