Families as Partners in Learning: Family engagement brief released
The National Center for Families Learning (NCFL) is excited to announce the publication of Families as Partners in Learning: A Family Engagement Brief. The brief provides an overview of NCFL’s approach to family engagement, the models that put that approach into practice, and the work still to be done to ensure that family engagement practices are embedded in schools and communities across the country.
This brief is the second in a series, following the publication of A Future Design for Equitable Communities: Building Family Learning Systems earlier this year. Additional briefs on NCFL’s models and approach to family leadership and family literacy will be published in the coming weeks.
