How are you celebrating National Family Literacy Day®?

Friday, November 1, is National Family Literacy Day^® – are you joining us in The Big Give for Families Learning? For just 24 hours, we’re hosting a challenge to see how much support we can garner for literacy and learning in communities nationwide. We want to make a BIG impact, and in order for this to work, we need your help!

You can support The Big Give for Families Learning in 4 simple ways:

1. Join Melissa, Jason, Marlene and many others and become a fundraising influencer. Visit www.ncflbiggive.org and create your own fundraising page to raise money for NCFL and compete for exciting prizes!
2. Donate to the Big Give challenge here.
3. Participate in the #NCFLBigGive Thunderclap. On November 1, hundreds of people will post the same message at the same time, which acts as an amplifier to spread our message further. Easily sign up here and Thunderclap will take care of the rest.
4. On November 1, support this event by sharing your personal stories about learning or literacy and/or why you care about NCFL’s mission on social media outlets using the hashtag #NCFLBigGive.

 

National Family Literacy Day celebrates families learning together and raises awareness for the importance of family literacy programs.
